Terms and Conditions

Access and use of our website, together with the sale and the purchase of products from the site, are governed by the terms and conditions set out below.

By using the site you agree to accept the following terms and conditions. If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions, you may choose not to use this site or contact us to ask for further information. A contract between Team Hell Clothing (UK) and the customer will exist once an order has been accepted, processed, dispatched and received. Team Hell retains the title to all goods until they are paid for in full by the purchaser.

Fulfillment

Due to the nature of our business, stock availability can not be guaranteed. If your goods are in stock the order will be shipped in order to reach you within 3 working days. Team Hell Clothing (UK) does not accept any responsibility for goods that are delayed as a result of circumstances beyond our control – we would like to remind clients that our delivery times are estimated.

Once you have placed an order with Team Hell Clothing (UK) an e-mail will be sent to you confirming your order details. A second e-mail will be sent once your order has been dispatched. It is important that you give us a valid e-mail address so you can receive these e-mails. Please ensure that you add the e-mail address enquiries@teamhelluk.com to your safe list to avoid your e-mail about your order being delivered to your bulk e-mail (spam) folder.

Pre-orders

Where an item is marked as "Available for pre-order" an expected delivery date will be shown. If you order the goods, they will be dispatched as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.

Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. Our prices are dependent on a number of factors, including foreign exchange rates and shipping costs – they may fluctuate up and down.

Limited period promotions advertised on the website are all subject to stock availability, there may be limited size/colour availability on promotional items. Goods advertised at reduced prices have previously been offered at the higher price for at least 28 days during the previous 6 months.

Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT. VAT registration number 884 3406 07.

Please note that we are a UK company based in England. All of our prices are displayed in £ GBP, unless you select an alternative currency. We will not accept any responsibility for costs applied by your card company for converting your order to your own currency. We would also like to advise all US customers to check the current exchange rate for $ US to £ GBP before placing their order with us. Once an order has been despatched to the US we are unable to cancel it without the goods being returned to us. Any order that is returned as a result of misunderstanding the implications of currency conversion will be refunded minus the actual delivery and card processing costs incurred by us in the order process.

Free UK Delivery
Despatched on next working day by Royal Mail 1st class post.

Premium UK Delivery
Preferential despatch on next working day by Royal Mail Special Delivery next day service. Requires a signature on receipt.
Orders weighing more than 2kg will be sent by courier.

Standard European Delivery
£5.00 for orders under £45.00
£7.50 for orders between £45 and £99.99
£12.50 for orders over £100

Premium European Delivery
£8.50 for orders under £45
£11.00 for orders between £45 and £99.99
£16.00 for orders £100 and above.

We accept orders from the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand with the following delivery options:

Standard International Delivery
£10.00 for orders up to £100
£15.00 for orders over £100

Premium International Delivery
£13.50 for orders up to £100
£18.50 for orders over £100

If you contact us by email with a list of the items you require we will provide you with a custom quote for delivery, after which we will invite you to provide credit card details and complete your order.

Due to a high incidence of delivery failure on orders to Italy, Spain and Portugal we are unable to accept responsibility for orders that are lost in transit to these destinations where the signed for service is not selected.

We do not deliver under any circumstances to Indonesia, Nigeria, Ghana or Egypt as a result of the high incidence of credit card fraud currently originating in these countries. Please do not attempt to place an order from any of these locations, it will automatically be cancelled.

Returns

Team Hell Clothing (UK) aims for all customers to be satisfied with their purchases and we are happy to exchange or refund goods subject to the following conditions.

All items must be returned in the condition that you received them in. They must have all tags intact and should not have been worn except briefly to check fit. We cannot accept returned DVDs/Videos where the seals have been broken, shoes that have been worn outside or underwear. We also cannot accept any goods that in our opinion have been damaged accidentally or have become worn through normal wear and washing. Faulty goods are dealt with on an individual basis and will need to be inspected before they are accepted as faulty. In some instances the manufacturer may also wish to inspect the goods.

Please note that returns are only accepted for 28 days from the original order date. For items that are sold at a reduced price, we will only accept returns within 14 days of the order date; this is because many reduced price offers are time-limited or only valid on a small quantity of stock. After this time we cannot accept returned goods, except where we contact you to say otherwise in advance of receiving the item. Goods received after this date will be returned to you. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on goods that are accepted after the final return date has passed, we also reserve the right to make an administration charge on goods that have to be returned to you.

Please also note that the goods are your responsibility until they reach us so we do recommend that you ensure that the method of delivery you use insures you against the cost of the goods in case they are lost in transit.

In the case of a refund being made we will refund the cost of the goods to your card, you only need to meet the cost of returning the goods to us. Where we have made a mistake in sending the incorrect size or item we will also meet the cost of posting the goods back to us using first class post. This amount is usually paid back onto your card where you have requested an exchange. If you have requested a refund we regrettably cannot refund an amount greater than you originally paid. If this is the case then we will meet the additional postage costs by cheque.

Refunds for reduced price (sale) items are given only at our discretion, although an exchange will always be offered for your choice of alternative goods to the same value. In addition we regret that we are unable to meet any postage costs associated with returning and exchanging reduced price items. Items offered at a reduced price are usually being offered for sale at our lowest available price and as a result we are unable to meet any additional costs as this compromises our ability to provide Team Hell customers with competitive prices on our product range. Goods sold at reduced prices are usually only available in limited quantities and sizes. Exchanges for an alternative size may not always be possible.

Please note that on occasion the item that you receive may appear to differ slightly in colour or texture from that shown on your computer screen – these variations are unavoidable, although we are always happy to exchange or refund items that you are not happy with.

If you have requested an exchange and there is a difference in value between the replacement items and the original items then when this balance is in your favour we will make a refund to the card that you originally used to pay for the order. Where the balance is in our favour you will need to contact us to arrange payment of the difference before the replacement items are despatched. Please note that regrettably we are unable to add any additional costs to your original order or re-use your payment details as our system only allows us to charge your card for the amount that you authorised and does not store your card details. You can pay the additional costs by cheque (payable to Team Hell Clothing UK), by paypal (using address enquiries@TeamHellUK.com) or by credit/debit card. Please do not send cash through the post.

Finally, please be advised that we can only sent out a replacement item on an order once before we will unfortunately ask you to meet the costs of postage on a second or subsequent replacement. We have regrettably had to introduce this policy alongside our free postage promotion due to the high costs associated with repeatedly replacing unsuitable items.
