How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders received before 11am are usually processed and despatched on the same working day, orders received later are sent out the following day. Very occasionally we may not have the correct size or colour in stock – if this happens we will let you know the expected delivery date once your order has been received. If there is a delay in stock arriving of more than 3-4 working days we will always offer you an exchange or full refund.

If you live in the UK you can expect to receive your goods within 1-2 working days, if you live in the EU then your order should arrive within 7 working days. Outside the EU estimated delivery dates vary depending on your location. In all cases please contact us if you require delivery in a fixed time period – for instance if you are ordering a gift. Signed for services are available to all destinations, but incur additional charges.

At Team Hell we do our best to make sure that your parcel is on your doorstep as soon as it can be, but we cannot accept any responsibility for orders that are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. In the vast majority of cases orders that have not arrived within a reasonable timescale are being held at your local sorting office after a failed delivery attempt. Please contact your sorting office before e-mailing us about a missing delivery. There is no tracking information available for orders sent out by first class post. If you require a tracking number then please contact us before placing your order to arrange a signed for service at extra charge.

Additional note relating to orders placed from Italy, Spain and Portugal: We have recently experienced a high failure rate in deliveries sent to Italy, Spain and Portugal. For this reason we would strongly advise you to opt for a signed for service at the checkout. We cannot accept any responsibility for orders sent to these locations which are not received if the signed for service is not selected.

I live outside the UK, will you deliver to me?

Team Hell delivers anywhere in the EU as well as to the US, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. If you live in a country that is not listed here then please e-mail us and we will be happy to assist you with your order. Please do not place an order through our website if your country is not listed here – your order will automatically be cancelled.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Within the UK there is no delivery charge.

Within the EU delivery is just £5.00 for orders up to £45.00 and £7.50 for orders over £45.00.

If you live outside of the EU delivery will normally be charged at £10.

Signed for service is available for £5.00 within the UK and for an additional £3.50 within Europe. Please contact us for prices outside of Europe.

I don’t have a credit or debit card, can I place an order without one?

Placing an order without a credit or debit card is simple. Just e-mail a list of what you would like to order, including colours and sizes, along with your name, address and email address/telephone number and we will contact you to arrange payment.

We can accept payments by personal cheque, postal order, bank transfer and outside of the UK by paypal using our e-mail address enquiries@teamhelluk.com. Please don’t post us cash though – we cannot accept any responsibility if it goes missing in the mail.

Please note that payments made by personal cheque will need time to clear before we deliver your goods – this can take up to 7 days. The payment usually reaches our account 2-3 working days after it leaves yours.

Where is my stuff?

By logging into your account you can check the status of your order. If your order has been dispatched then you should expect to receive it within a maximum of 3 working days. If you have waited longer than this then please contact your local sorting office to ensure that the parcel is not waiting for you there after a failed delivery attempt. If you are unsuccessful in locating your delivery at your sorting office then please e-mail us and we will assist you. All UK orders are sent by first class post and will arrive with your normal letter mail.

Please remember that during busy periods, especially close to Christmas, deliveries will take longer.

I need to change or cancel my order, what do I do?

At Team Hell we aim to get your stuff to you as quickly as possible so if you need to change or cancel an order it is best to contact us straight away by email or phone.

Alternative delivery and billing addresses

In order to avoid unnecessary delays to your order being sent out it is important that the address you register when setting up a customer account is the billing address for the card that you are paying with. If this is not the case then please contact us so that we can amend the address for you. You can specify an alternative delivery address whilst placing your order but please be advised that in some circumstances we can only deliver to the card billing address. Where your address does not match your card billing address we will need to contact you to carry out additional security checks.

Please note that while instructions to leave packages on your premises will be attached to the parcel it is the decision of the delivery person as to whether they take these instructions into account. We cannot accept any responsibility for packages that are lost as a result of being left at your delivery address, or for any costs incurred as a result of failed deliveries being returned to the depot.

If for any reason you would like to return an item then please ensure your goods are returned to us in the condition you received them with all tags and labels intact. We recommend that you use the packaging that you received the items in if this is still available. There is a problem with a delivery I’ve received, what do I do now?

In the rare event an item you have received is faulty or the incorrect item is received please return it to us by following the instructions on your returns form. We will meet the cost of first class post to return the item to us and will refund this to your payment card.
