Team Hell Clothing was started as a response to personal frustration in obtaining top quality skate / punk wear at competitive prices within the UK and Europe. For many years I have paid expensive shipping and import charges in order to purchase US clothing that I struggled to find in the UK and although there are an increasing number of online shops the websites are often run as offshoots of shop-based businesses.
Team Hell is different:
We aim to provide our customers with top quality customer service, something that we can deliver as we are ONLY an online store, when you contact us or place an order we are immediately available to deal with your enquiry. We let the customer know exactly when to expect their parcel and are happy to exchange items that don’t fit.
We also aim to provide you with clothing, footwear and accessories that are priced competitively – without the overheads of expensive high street premises we can price our goods more fairly than shop-based companies. We charge the bare minimum on mark-ups and try to offer our customers a friendly and competitively priced service. We check our own prices against those of our competitors and wherever possible we keep them as low or lower than other stores.
Finally we ensure that you get your stuff when you want it. This is why we always aim to deliver within 3 working days in the UK and within 7 working days within the EU. We aim to despatch on the same day we receive your order.
All UK orders are shipped free of charge. All of our orders include free band stickers, posters, etc.
We are not just about selling you clothing either - we support skateboarding and alternative lifestyles within the UK. We are working with bands, record labels, skatepark designers, up-and-coming UK/European brands, tattooists and other members of the skateboarding/punk community to ensure that our lifestyle survives another decade.
Team Hell is an ethically minded company, we try to ensure that we use ethically minded suppliers, we use recycled packaging wherever possible and we minimise waste and energy consumption. We also urge all of our customers to recycle our packaging after each order.
